About Laura
While on research leave with us from George Washington University Libraries, Laura has been exploring our loc.gov API, writing documentation and tutorials, and demonstrating untraditional ways to explore our digital collections. As a software development librarian, her work centers on connecting people with the resources they need, whether that’s linking them to collections online or helping them build skills to further their research. Laura was a part of the development team for the Social Feed Manager External, an open source software that empowers users to harvest social media data and web resources from Twitter, Tumblr, Flickr, and Sina Weibo.
